    Introduction

    F1-0.25/0.5T Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Equipment is a commercial fully automatic RO pure water device certified with Wei Shui Zi(2019)No.0093. Relying on mature first-stage reverse osmosis technology, the inlet water is suitable for municipal tap water complying with GB5749 standard, ensuring the compliance and safety of water treatment from the source.

    The equipment is equipped with a four-stage filtration system: multimedia filtration + activated carbon filtration + security filtration + core RO reverse osmosis. The multimedia filter efficiently removes suspended solids and sediment; the activated carbon filter has an adsorption rate of more than 90% for residual chlorine and peculiar smell; the security filter intercepts impurities larger than 5 microns; the core reverse osmosis membrane has a single desalination rate of ≥99%, removing more than 97% of dissolved solids, more than 99% of colloidal organics and almost 100% of bacteria in water, producing high-quality drinking pure water.

    The equipment has precisely controllable operating parameters, with inlet water temperature of 5-40℃ and operating pressure of 0.8-1.2Mpa. It is equipped with low voltage protection, timed automatic flushing, real-time flow and pressure monitoring functions, which effectively protect core components such as high-pressure pumps and reverse osmosis membranes and avoid damage such as idling and trapped pressure. The raw water pump is a maintenance-free mechanical seal pump with high efficiency and low noise. The whole machine has a high degree of automation and can run stably with simple commissioning at startup. It is suitable for ventilated and dry installation environment with 5-45℃ and humidity <90%. The pipeline is made of UPVC/stainless steel, the electrical part is professionally grounded, and the installation and maintenance are convenient.

    Filter elements and media can be replaced quickly, and the reverse osmosis membrane can be chemically cleaned in a targeted manner, effectively extending the service life of the equipment. It only needs to be turned on for more than 1 hour a day, and can be sealed with protective solution for long-term shutdown, greatly reducing maintenance costs and failure rates. With low operating cost and stable performance, this equipment is widely applicable to commercial scenarios such as commercial drinking water preparation, small beverage processing and pure water supply in office places. It is recommended to use original accessories to ensure the quality warranty and stable operation of the equipment.
